Though Jack Duane may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Choate and Audrey Choate (Cheetham). He is survived by: his children, Jack Choate III, Danielle Conaway (Scott), Kimberlie Martinez (Basti), Arlene Choate and Allison VanOrder (Gary); and his siblings, Vaughn Choate, William Choate and Jacqueline Porter (Robert). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to family for future designation.
