It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Geraldine Lynn Swihart of Jackson, Michigan, born in Fort Worth, Texas, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Day and Patricia Shrove (Russell); and her husband Scott Swihart. She is survived by: her pets, Tiger and Max; her sons, Douglas Matiska (Becki) and Justin Matiska (Diane); her siblings, Cynthia Noppe, Neecie Johnson (Scott), Doris Schnath and Jim Shrove (Sherry); her grandchildren, Robert Matiska and Amanda Robinson (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Briceson and Alexander Robinson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Brooklyn Presbyterian Church.
