We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Fern Elaine Denning of Jackson, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Borton and Erma Borton (Martin); her husband Everett Denning; her siblings, Wanda Burris, Ardith Metty, Marilynn Sawyer, Dolores Smith, Charlyn Matthies and Verlyn Borton; and her son Garlan Denning.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Laymon (John) and Blaine Denning (Connae); her daughter-in-law Joyce Denning; and her grandchildren, Laura Laymon, Paul Laymon, Trevor Denning, Tana Denning, Ben Denning, Rebekah Tess (Brad), David Denning (Reta) and Nicholas James. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Skiff Lake Bible Church (8277 S Jackson Rd, Clarklake, MI 49234). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Skiff Lake Bible Church, Youth Haven, Center for Women, and Henry Ford Hospice Home.
