She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Kovach and Joseph Kovach; her parents-in-law, Louis and Ester Yacuone; and her siblings-in-law, Connie Branham, John Yacuone and Anne Yacuone.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Yacuone; her children, Charles Bryan Yacuone and Renee Wangler (Jason); her grandchildren, Abigail Wangler (Alexander Nosbisch), Bryce Wangler (Bailey) and Brady Wangler; her great grandchild Rory Wangler; and her siblings, Mary Anne Schneider (Richard), Linda Mateja (Dave), Dan Kovach (Bernice) and James Kovach (Chris).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 7:30 PM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home (204 N Blackstone St, Jackson, MI 49201). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church (120 E Wesley St, Jackson, MI 49201).
In lieu of sending flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
