He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice "Pat" Cox. He is survived by: his sons, Donald (Carol), James (Wanda), Douglas (Debra), Daniel and David; and his brother Billy Cox. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Great Lakes Hospice.
