She is survived by: her children, Randy Kirkland (Lisa), Tim Kirkland (Linda) and Jerry Slack (Samantha); her siblings, Carol Ray and Jerry Shanes (Kathy); her grandchildren, Brett Kirkland, Kaylee Austin (Zach), Austin Kirkland, Abi Stewart (Jarrod), Alexis Slack and Andrew Slack; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Brooks and Weston; and her close friend John French.
