He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Herrera; his daughter Rita; and his parents, Eberista Herrera and Robert Herrera. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Dana Herrera and Chazvan Nelson (John); and his great grandchildren, Chase Nelson and Kaiden Rippee.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (120 E Wesley St, Jackson, MI 49201). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church (120 E Wesley St, Jackson, MI 49201).
