He was predeceased by: his grandson Jeremy Combs. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his child Sherie Combs of Curtis Whitney; and his granddaughter Samantha Combs. He is also survived by his parents, siblings.

In lieu of flowers, the family has started a Go Fund Me page to help with medical expenses.
