Robert F. Merchant Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert F. Merchant of Ithaca, Michigan, who passed away on March 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Merchant and Opal Merchant; his wife Sharon Kaye Merchant (Barnes); his brothers, Wayne and Larry; his siblings-in-law, Hubert, Mildred Barnes and Danny Barnes; his nephew Jeffery Smith; and also Pauline.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Ann Merchant and Danette Kim McDermott (Dani); his son-in-law Tom McDermott; his grandchildren, Andrea, Remy, Ethan McDermott, Devon and Samantha Merchant Soehnge; his siblings-in-law, Patricia (Barnes), Nancy (Barnes), Christine Barnes (Fraker) and William (Jill Barnes); and his nieces and nephews, Tye and Fred.
In Robert's memory, all donations can go to Future Farmers of America (FFA).
