He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clark and Lena May Clark (Sensbaugh); his wife Erma Ruth Porter; and his siblings, Murray Clark (Lora), Beulah Cook (RT) and Anona Vance (Vercil).
He is survived by: his nephews, Dale Clark (Laura), Mark Clark (Denise) and Russ Clark (Janice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
