It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Jane Allen of Ithaca, Michigan, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Buchanan and Icy Buchanan (Shonert); her husband Denzil; her son Robert Allen; her son-in-law Florian Chirra; her grandson Shane Ferguson; her great grandchild Jacob Mizer; and her siblings, Clyde, Hershal, Kenneth Buchanan, Helen Van Luvan and Pansy Faye "Pat" Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Allen (Lana) of Ithaca, Patricia Chirra of Pioneer and Janet Ferguson (Randy) of Phoenix; and her grandchildren, Adam Allen (Tracey), Autumn Allen (Chris Piper), Ty Ferguson, Stacie Ferguson-Olea (Josue Olea), Casey Ferguson (Jamie), Joy Barker (Aaron), Heidi Allen, Zacc Allen (Amberlee Kruger), Jared Allen and Daniel Allen (Makayla Wines). She is also survived by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
