With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rachelle Lynne Cartwright of Ithaca, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 63. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Gates. She is survived by: her mother Charlene Gates of Greenville; her boyfriend Charles Mepham of Ithaca; her children, Jeremiah Buchholz (Lily) of Alvin, Texas, Melissa Morton (Nick) of Alma, Cody Cartwright of Ithaca and Courtney Cartwright (Zach Ziegler) of Canadian Lakes; her grandchildren, Kaeleigh, Adalynn, Liam and Jebediah; and her siblings, Deborah Baldwin (Jack) of Sheridan, Rhonda Buchholz (Gary) of Stanton and Rob L. II Gates (Lisa) of Trufant. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Homes (246 S Main St, Sheridan, MI 48884).
