It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Marzella Ann Hoard of Ithaca, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 87, on March 26, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Russell and Marjorie Marie Thum (Harlow); her husband Milton Francis Hoard; her great grandchild Ian; her siblings, Belva, LeRoy, Harlow (Phyllis) and Marvin; and her sister-in-law Beverly Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hoard (Karen), Shelle O'Hara (Rick) and Mindy Hoard; her grandchildren, Scott O'Hara (Melody), Mark O'Hara, Cindy Moomey (Tyler), Matt Hoard and Jared Hoard; her great grandchildren, Kimberly, Lochlan, Adelaide, Landon and Connor; her sister Linda Carpenter (Dave); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Thum and Carlisle Hoard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Homes (1333 E Center St, Ithaca, MI 48847). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Ithaca Cemetery (200 Spring St, Ithaca, MI 48847).
