He was predeceased by: his father Raymond E. Whitaker; his brother Frank Whitaker; and his nephew Deryck Whitaker. He is survived by: his mother Wanda J. Whitaker (Becker); and his brothers, Edwin (Bonnie Whitaker), Randy (Kathleen Whitaker) and Jeff Whitaker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
