He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oren, Sr. and Eloise Edith Chilcoat (Townsend); and his son Michael James Chilcoat. He is survived by: his wife Sharilyn Ann Kimmel of Ithaca, MI; his daughter Shari Kelley (Donald) of Alaska; his grandchildren, Samantha Furgerson (Kyle) and William Kelley; and his sister Eloise Eroh (Ronald) of Texas. He is also survived by his family and friends.
