It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ida Bakker-Kramer of Ithaca, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 90, on April 24, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Siemen Klaas Steenhuisen and Minke VanderVeen Steenhuisen. She is survived by: her former spouse Roelf "Ralph" Bakker; her husband George R. Kramer of Portage; her sons, Gerrit H. Bakker of Crystal and Steven S. K. Bakker (Kristin) of Alma; and her grandchildren, Lt. Gerrit S. Bakker (US Navy), Rachel E. Bakker, George A. Bakker and David A. Bakker. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held graveside at the North Star Cemetery on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 11am with Joseph Barden officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gratiot County Commission on Aging, 515 S Pine River, Ithaca, MI 48847.
