He is survived by: his wife Kendra Karolle; his children, Andrea and Scott (Kristen); his grandchildren, Steven (Emilie), Victoria, Dakota, O'Malley, Stone, Shayden, Joshua and Rylan; his great grandchildren, Lorelai and Rowan; his siblings, Terry Smith (Rita), Robert Smith and Barbara Hadley (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, Loretta Smith and Al Stamm.
