He was predeceased by: his grandson Arlen. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Nathan (Melissa) and Nicholas (Dana); and his grandchildren, Evan, Charlee, Alma Macy, Garret, Ethan and Helen.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society in memory of Garth's many family and friends who have battled cancer.
