We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2024, at the age of 73, Charles Nile Kernen of Ithaca, Michigan, born in Alma, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. L. "Bud" Kernen and Nilene Kernen (Crites); his sister Mary; and his brother-in-law Rick Rimmel. He is also survived by his niece, nephew, many cousins and several friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gratiot County Commission on Aging or the Ithaca Masonic Lodge #123.
