Bertha Mae Pendell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertha Mae Pendell of Ithaca, Michigan, born in Carson City, Michigan, who passed away on July 9, 2022 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Harlow and Anna Harlow (Nickert); her husband Duane Pendell; her siblings, Evelyn Goodsite (Ralph), Helen Goodsite (Bud), Katherine Mitchell (Cecil) and Willie Harlow; and her brother-in-law Irvin Sorrell.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Balcom (Dale), Roger Pendell (Mary), Mary Cooper (Larry) and Cheryl Hull (Sid); and her sister Frances Sorrell. She is also survived by four children, Bertha is survived by seven grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ithaca Presbyterian Church or to the Ithaca Senior Activity Building.
