He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Howay and Dorothy Howay (Goodall); his son Tommy Powelson; and also Shirley Ann Howay. He is survived by: his spouse Verona (Powelson); his children, Tom Howay (Sue), Jenny McCulloch (Dan), Ron Snyder (Melissa) and Deb Buck (Frank); and his siblings, Kathy Wiltse (Larry), Mike Howay (Rose), Christine Fejedelem (Ray), Patricia Howay, Elle Wright, Brenda Ervin (John), Steve Howay (Charlene) and Mary Rita Bedgood (Larry). He is also survived by loving Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.
