We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 72, Thor O. Tornberg of Ishpeming, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tornberg and Effie Tornberg (Kangas); his siblings, Rita Saari, Jean Isaacson and John Tornberg; and his nephew Randy Peterson.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Tornberg of Ishpeming; his children, Christine Tornberg of Ishpeming, Debbie Tornberg of Gwinn, John Tornberg (Catherine) of St. Clair, MI and David Tornberg (Kerry) of Negaunee; his grandchildren, Ron, Alexsis, Jordan, Jaimie, Meghan, Jake, Taylor, Jillian and Olivia; and his great grandchildren, Jaicyon and Alaysia. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
