He was predeceased by: his wife Jean R. Junak (Plankey); and his grandson Danny Junak. He is survived by: his children, Danny "Jocko" Junak (Pat) of Ishpeming, Cathy Talsma of Ishpeming, Dennis Junak (Joan) of Sumter, SC, Mark "Juneau" Junak (Lisa) of Ishpeming and Greg "Tex" Junak (Lee Ann) of Greenville, WI; his siblings, Marion Frustaglio (Vito) of Ishpeming and Gerald Junak (Gloria) of Michigamme; and his grandchildren, Kristy Junak, Rick, David Larmour, Jordan Talsma, Makayla Junak, Ernest, Tim Junak, Amethyst Watts and Ashley Mann. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
