He is survived by: his children, Russell Salo Jr. and Sherry Bunker (Paul) of Ishpeming; his grandchildren, Christina Bunker and Nathaniel Bunker; and his brother Edsel Salo (Shirley) of Watton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
