She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank S. Valente and Cecelia T. Valente (Sarvello); her husband Knut Strom; her siblings, Joseph Valente and Frances Valente; and her grandsons, Jaramie and Nash Kiebler.
She is survived by: her children, Bridget Allen, Madelyne Lawry, Frank Lawry (Barbara), Julie Donahue (Patrick) and Bonny Henderson; her stepson David Strom; her grandchildren, John Allen, Broc Lawry (Megan), Travis Lawry, Danielle and Anna Donahue; her great grandchildren, Beckam and Briggs Lawry; her sisters, Clara Kutchie, Evelyn Valente-Heikkila and Mary Tasson (Eugene); and her sister-in-law Judy Valente. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
