Rita J. Lusardi Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita J. Lusardi of Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Rita J. Lusardi to show support.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hebert and Eva Hebert (Nault); her husband Andrew Lusardi; her son Reggie Lusardi; and her children-in-law, Sherry Lusardi and Dan Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, John Lusardi, Barb Lusardi, Faye Lewis, Andy Lusardi (Michelle), Kathy Pepin (Chris) and David Lusardi (Sandi); and her daughter-in-law Denise Lusardi. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1889 Prairie Ave, Ishpeming, MI 49849). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
She also enjoyed camping with her family in her earlier years, bingo, reading, puzzle books, watching the Hallmark channel, playing cribbage, and crocheting (donating many of the items she made for raffles, or to nursing homes and schools).
