With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter P. Sevegney of Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on December 29, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Sevegney and Dorothy Sevegney (Chantelois); his in-laws, Arthur and Helen Kangas; his siblings, Mary Couveau (John) and John Sevegney; and his siblings-in-law, Donnie Kangas (Sharon), Janet Laurila and Sharon Perry.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Sevegney (Kangas) of Ishpeming Twp; his daughter Michele Khouli (Wael) of Marquette; his grandchildren, Zane Peter and Laila Mary Khouli; his daughter Allison Sevegney-Reynolds (Steve) of Okemos; his granddaughter Sienna Michele Reynolds; his brother Francis Sevegney (Lenore); and his brothers-in-law, Len Laurila and Jim Perry.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (110 Poplar St, Republic, MI 49879). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Bethany Lutheran Church - Republic (110 Poplar St, Republic, MI 49879).
