He was predeceased by: his parents, Uno Luoma and Alice Luoma (Wiljanen); his brother Bernie Luoma; his siblings-in-law, Helen Heikkinen, June Klemola, Beverley Sanders and Calvin Klemola; and his niece Becky Luoma-Bressette.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Luoma (Klemola); his son Brad Luoma (Stacey); his brother Robert "Otto" Luoma (Rogie); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Luoma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
