He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Rilley and Clara J. Rilley; and his brother Robert Rilley. He is survived by: his wife Jonelle Rilley (Savolainen); and his siblings, Tommy Rilley, Joseph Rilley and Debbie Croushere. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
