It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael D. Raisanen (Ishpeming, Michigan), who passed away on January 10, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Marie Louma (Wiitala) and Donald Louis Raisanen; and his siblings, Steven, Mark and Jeannette.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Raisanen, Craig Raisanen, Krystal Connors (Ryan) and Chad Raisanen (Kasey); his sisters, Ann Marie G. Poirier and Dawn Raisanen; his grandchildren, Fisher, Tailyn, Kelsey, Jeremy, Madison, Dustin, Tyler, Chad, Steven and Eiseri; his uncle Richard Raisanen; his cousin Brian Raisanen; his close friends, Kathy Lampi and Fred VanLuven; and his favorite feline Sammy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
