He was predeceased by: his parents, Waino Ruspakka and Selma Gertrude Ruspakka (Kulju); and his daughter Susan Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Ruspakka (Mackey); his children, Steven Ruspakka (Traci) and Shelly Remien (Peter); his grandchildren, Isak, Anika, Irina, Mira Ruspakka, Viren and Aila Remien; and his siblings, Gail Scott, James and Gary Ruspakka.
