With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine Palmer (Ishpeming, Michigan), who passed away on August 13, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Huotari (Ulvinen) and Toivo Huotari; her son Gordon Duane Palmer; her husband Jack H. Palmer; and her brother Ron Huotari.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Palmer (Phyllis) of Marquette, Joe Palmer (Cheryl) of Mesa, AZ, Tom Palmer (Holly) of De Pere, WI, Michael Palmer of Marquette and Carol Clouthier (Terry) of Lake Linden; her siblings, Ruth Pietila, Marilyn Rintamaki (Dan), Jean Wikman, Lloyd Huotari (Vivian), Wendall Huotari (Ginny) and Kenneth Huotari (Sandra); and her sister-in-law Arlene Huotari. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
