He is survived by: his wife Janis LaFreniere (Heidemann); his son Wade LaFreniere (Lana) of Negaunee; his grandchildren, Taylor LaFreniere of Lansing and Brady LaFreniere of Negaunee; his siblings, Fay Hollinshead (Robert Sr.) of Ishpeming, Sue Young (Scott) of Marquette, Mary Anne Chadwick (Leon) of Farmington Hills, MI, Pam McCann (Thomas) of Watton, Kathy Sarasin (Stuart) of Marquette, Mark LaFreniere (Shannon) of Fort Mills, SC and Paul LaFreniere (Toni) of Ishpeming; his mother-in-law Marlene White; his siblings-in-law, Julie Heidemann (Julie) and Jeff Heidemann; his aunt Rita; and his uncle Duane Palomaki. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
