He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloriana G. Bushong (Flaugher) and Earl "Scar" E. Bushong; his son-in-law Michael Paulson; his brothers-in-law, Joe Hebert and Jim Mead; and his nephews, Mike Skewis and Don Hebert.
He is survived by: his pet Terk; his wife Shirley Bushong (Nelson); his daughters, Amy Paulson, Stacy Argall (Nathan) and Michelle Nardi (Michael); his stepdaughters, Kathy Jo Nelson, Erica West (Tom), Lori Peterson and Amber Swank; his grandchildren, Jordan Paulson, Michael Paulson, Nathan Argall (Faith), Luke Argall, Ashleigh, Amanda Argall, Landen, Wyatt, Reece, Brody Nardi, Jace Nelson, Jamee Ferris, Brooke, Sidney, Tyler West, Brianne, Reilly Hiltunen and Grace Swank; his great grandchildren, Tyler Argall, Carmen Argall and Gabriel Paulson; his siblings, Sandra Mead, Susan Skewis (Mike), Sheila Sullivan (Al), Lloyd Bushong (Diana) and Leslie Bushong; and his mother-in-law Darlene Nelson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
