She was predeceased by: her parents, Mirium Alderton (Keto) and Guy Alderton; her siblings, Mary Beth Lawhorn, Lucille Bredeson, Vivian Matthews, Sally Siik, Kenneth, Fredrick Allan Alderton The, Dr. Wayne Carlson, Dr. Brian Burnette and Green Bay Oncology Team; and also Stacy Pethke.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Blau of Ishpeming; her children, Kerry Blau (Tammie) of Sturgeon Bay, WI and Kathy Swanson (Jeff) of Ishpeming; her grandchildren, Terrie Tlachac (Logan), Philip Swanson, Travis Swanson (Katelyn), Katelynn Elenbaas (Hunter), Tanya Blau and Kenzie Blau; her great grandchildren, Paisley, Axel, Winter and Olive; her siblings, Carolyn Hendrickson (Lester), Patricia Kaleva of Republic and Terry Alderton (Kristine) of Negaunee; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Thomas (John), Rosalie Alderton and Sandy Blau. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private ceremony will be held at Faith Lutheran Church and a larger gathering will be planned for the summer of 2021.
