It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph Giroux of Ishpeming, Michigan, born in Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Giroux and Lillian Giroux (Grinnell); his wife Opal Rae Jeffreys; and his siblings, Judy Simmerson, Leora Giroux, Ronald, Gordon and Daniel Giroux.

He is survived by: his sons, J. Michael Giroux (Tanya) of Ishpeming, Jeff Giroux (Anne) of Ishpeming and Jim Giroux (Carol) of Highland Lakes, NJ; his brother David Giroux (Dorothy) of Onsted; his sister-in-law Bonnie Giroux of Adrian; his grandchildren, Taylor, Tanner (Rachel Garcia), Spencer, Levi, Joseph, Angela, Nate and Elise Giroux; and his niece Amber Bottoms. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
