With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jerry Pope of Ishpeming, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Pope Gehring, Julie Pope and Charles Pope; and his aunt JudyThibodeau. He is survived by: his parents, Colleen E. Pope (Parviainen) of Ishpeming and Llewellyn J. Pope of Ishpeming; his wife Amanda Pope (Genord); his sons, Anthony Pope (Megan) of Ishpeming, Steve (Mae Richter) of Green Bay, Sam Genord (Emily) of Negaunee and D. J. Jain (Lindsey) of Wauconda, IL; his sister Kathy Pope-Gaston (Jerry) of Sunbury, OH; his grandchildren, Katherine, Arvo, Silas Pope, Sammy, Emmett, Anders Genord, Brody Kangas and Grace Richter; his mother-in-law Janet Genord of Iron Mountain; his nephews, Eric Gaston and Mark Gehring; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Genord and Lauri Kulju (Roger) of Iron Mountain; his aunt Mary; and his uncles, Doug Parviainen and Jack Parviainen.
