She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis "Ernest" LaJoie and Mary LaJoie (White); her husband Douglas J. LaFond; her children, Mary Wittler, Jean Trudgeon (Dennis) and Dennis LaFond; and her siblings, Ernest LaJoie, Patricia Sowden, Walter and Mary Lou.
She is survived by: her son Doug LaFond (Patti); her son-in-law Gordon Wittler; her brother Robert LaJoie (Alice); her brothers-in-law, Kayedon "Bud" LeChevalier and Dave Sowden; her grandchildren, Karen Gilreath, Rachael White, Erin Canning (Ed), Janel Brondyke, Eric Trudgeon (Bree), Sara Cantu (Zac), Amy Anderson (Chris) and Jenny Holmgren (Darren); and her stepgrandson Nathan Trudgeon. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren with another one the way, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Marquette County Medical Care Facility in memory of Janet.
