It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jane Maki of Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on June 4, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Hoiem (Carlson) and Homer Hoiem; her daughter Donna Jayne; her husband Robert; and her sister Joan Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Maki (Jill), Dianne Leppanen (Toby), Darlene Rice (Rick) and Debra Davis (Rich); her grandchildren, Jessica Vial (Dan Uhl), Jeremy Leppanen (Meghan), Derrick, Devin Rice, Matthew Frederickson (Pricilla) and Kyle Frederickson; and her great grandchildren, Sydney Joy Vial, Noah and Levi Frederickson. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bethel Lutheran Church.
