He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Burdick and Clarissa Burdick (Pringle); his wife Sharon; his son Jason; and his siblings, Barbara Mahn, Sharon Burdick, Sandra Bourgeois, Marilee Burdick, Louis Burdick (late JoAnn), Robert Burdick, Donald Burdick and Milton Burdick (late Jean).
He is survived by: his son Michael Burdick (Tina) of DeLand, FL; his stepson Aaron Rakowski (Christina) of Hudson, FL; his siblings, Gail Cuff (late Tom) of Marquette, MI, Betty Mehlhoff (Jeff) of Gwinn, Carol Pazolt of Escanaba, MI, Thomas Burdick (Carol) of Ypsilanti and Roger Burdick (Roberta) of Marquette; and his siblings-in-law, James Mahn of Marquette, Joe Bourgeois of Rapid River and Joanne Burdick of Gwinn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 1 great-granddaughter and 2 great grandson.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (1400 Wright St, Marquette, MI 49855). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Presque Isle Pavilion (3 Peter White Dr, Marquette, MI 49855).
