It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doug Brazeau of Ishpeming, Michigan, born in Marquette, Michigan, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Earl Brazeau; his stepfather Dan Rovedo; his sister Earlene; his brothers-in-law, Gerald Mackey and Lee "Chick" Tonge; his nephew Erik Kinnunen; and his parents-in-law, Lois and Jim Goode.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Rovedo of Ishpeming; his spouse Gail; his children, Amy McCormick (Steve) of Ishpeming and Bryan Brazeau (Dionne) of Iron Mountain; his grandchildren, Logan, Megan Racine of Ishpeming, Ali, Mila, Emmi and Indie Brazeau of Iron Mountain; his stepgranddaughter Amelia McCormick of Madison, WI; his brother Dan Rovedo of Iron Mountain; his mothers-in-law, Sharon Quinn (John) of Detroit, Maureen Giacomazza (Chuck) of Plymouth, Mary Lee Penney (Brian) of Pinckney and Colleen McNish (Bob) of Fountain Hills, AZ; and his friends, Gary Gustafson (Robin) of Menominee, Richard Gustafson (Susie) of Brillion, WI and Robert Gustafson (Tracie) of Neenah, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, those attending the visitation must adhere to the wearing of masks and social distancing while at the funeral home. Services for Doug will be private for the family, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Stacy Pethke officiating.
