Champion of Ishpeming, Michigan, born in Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Sophia Benson (Issacson); and her husband Ruben Champion. She is survived by: her daughter Debra Champion; her grandson Matthew Champion (Jenny); her sisters-in-law, Karen Champion and Jean Palomaki (Donald); and her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Jaxon and Kamryn Champion. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and a loving extended family.
