He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Ione (Schmid) and Robert Cooley Neumann. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Neumann of Ishpeming; his sons, Jason Neumann (Michelle) of Blue Ash, OH and Joseph Neumann (Alison) of Marquette; his granddaughter Maggie; his brother Robert Neumann (Kimberly) of Akron, OH; his niece Sue Woodyard; his great-nephew John; and his great-niece Jessica Simerlein.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to Father's Heart Christian Fellowship, 815 Friendship Lane, Ishpeming, MI 49849, for the school restoration fund.
