He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Perry (Kilbourn); his mother Joann Perry; his sons, Mark Perry (Dee), Brian Perry (Christine) and Michael Perry (Allie); his siblings, Scott "Skids" Perry (Denise), Debbie Romero (Gary) and Sue Heilala; and his grandchildren, Tia Dobson, Rylee Crevier (Lance), Hunter, Madison, Ashley and Grayson Perry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
