He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Bolm and Laura Bolm (Nicholas); and his brother-in-law Rick Olson. He is survived by: his sister Penny Olson; his niece Erin Lee; his nephew Bill Olson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rikky Olson, Collyn Olson and Daphne Matrious; his niece Courtney Solka; his cousins, Gloria and Dickie Shalifoe (family: John Bolm, Kurt); and his pets, Anderson, John Bertucci, Nicky, Harley Koski, Brad Stott, Cheri, Brad Dakota, Bill, Carol Hewitt, Darren Webb and Miss Frizzle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help out David's niece Daphne.
