He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen C. Waters (Thomas) and Charles E. Waters; his daughter Lynn Waters-Robinson; and his brother Ralph Waters. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Waters (Argall) of Ishpeming; and his children, Tammy Hoffman (Raymond) of Ishpeming, Cindy Walin (Carl) of Ishpeming, Renee' Edens (Donald) of Clearwater, FL, Melissa Andrews (Dennis) of Marquette and Timothy Waters (Stacie) of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 20 Great Grandchildren.
