He is survived by: his children, Connie Giese (David) and William Thexton (Kristi); his grandchildren, Dylan and Nicole Giese; his siblings, William S. Thexton (Carol) and Carolyn Anderson (Leigh); and his son-in-law Pat Eman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
