He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Mukavitz and Annabel Mukavitz (Bonovetz); his wife Barbara Kleimola; his sons, Tony and John; and his siblings, Rudy (Marge), David (Connie) and Betty (Curly).
He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann; his daughters-in-law, Luann and Lisa; his grandchildren, Cody (Taylor), Jessica, Lauren and Jenna; and his great grandchildren, Croix, Griffen and Grier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
