He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Kusz (Garvey); his children, Michael (Christine), Daniel and Colleen Kichak (Charles); his granddaughters, Erin Kusz, Dr. Kerry Blaha (Michael), Shannon Rider (Toby), Casey Kichak (Tommy Wutke) and Jessi Carlson (Ryan); his stepgrandchildren, Justin St (Angie) and Alicia Graham (Michael); and his brother Alex of Muskegon. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
