She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil A. and Elizabeth A. (Souder); and her husband Milan "Mike" McCartney. She is survived by: her daughters, Robin McCartney and Stacy Welter (Jeff Wolter); her grandchildren, Gabrielle Welter and Andrew Welter; and her siblings, Ruth Utsler-Smith (Mike) and Chuck Utsler (Melody).
